Online DSE Assessments
Hub-4 provides online DSE assessments to help organisations identify, resolve and manage DSE risks across their workforce.
DSEasy supports assessments for office, home, remote and hybrid workers, helping employees resolve straightforward issues themselves while more complex cases can be referred to a trained DSE assessor.

DSE Assessments for Every Way of Working
DSEasy provides DSE assessments designed for office, home, hybrid and remote working environments.

DSEasy Office
Designed for employees working primarily in an office environment. DSEasy Office helps employees assess their workstation, identify potential DSE issues and take practical steps to resolve them.

DSEasy Home
Designed for employees working from home. DSEasy Home helps employees assess their home workstation, identify potential DSE issues and make practical adjustments to improve their working setup..

DSEasy Hybrid
Designed for organisations managing hybrid workers. Employees complete the full DSEasy Home training, test and assessment at their home workstation, then complete a separate DSE assessment for their office workstation without repeating the training.

DSEasy Remote
Designed for employees working temporarily away from their usual workstation — for example in a hotel room, on a train or at another temporary location. DSEasy Remote helps employees assess their temporary working setup and identify practical ways to reduce DSE risks when equipment and workstation options may be limited.
Manage Your DSE Assessments in Your Free Hub-4 Portal
Your free Hub-4 management portal gives DSE assessors a central place to review assessment results, identify unresolved issues, record actions and manage DSE risks across the organisation — without relying on spreadsheets or paper records.

Automation
DSEasy automates employee invitations, login details and follow-up reminders, helping organisations complete DSE assessments with less administration.
Assessment results are recorded automatically, allowing DSE assessors to concentrate on employees who need further help rather than chasing paperwork.

Risk Management
Assessment results are recorded in the Hub-4 portal, allowing DSE assessors to quickly identify employees with unresolved issues.
Assessors can review individual cases, record actions taken and track issues through to resolution, providing a clear record of how DSE risks are being managed.

Self-Resolution & Customisation
DSEasy can be customised to help employees resolve DSE issues using your organisation’s own procedures and systems.
For example, if an employee identifies that they need a footrest, DSEasy can provide a direct link to your Facilities system where they can order one. The employee then confirms the action they have taken and the issue can be recorded as resolved.
This allows straightforward DSE issues to be dealt with by the employee, leaving trained DSE assessors more time to investigate complex issues that require their expertise.
How the DSE Assessment Process Works

Identify DSE Issues
Employees work through assessment questions designed to identify potential DSE risks at their workstation.
The assessment considers their equipment, workstation setup and working practices, helping identify issues that may need action.

Help Employees Self-Resolve
DSEasy’s unique two-prompt system enables employees to take practical action when straightforward issues are identified, using the organisation’s own procedures where appropriate to self-resolve the identified risk.

Refer Complex Issues to a DSE Assessor
Where an employee cannot resolve an identified DSE issue through the two-prompt system, the issue is referred to a trained DSE assessor for further investigation.
This allows assessors to focus their time and expertise on the more complex DSE issues that genuinely require their involvement.
